THE CHALLENGE
Apple Computer was looking to increase their sales and influence in the healthcare industry, a market sector that has long been dominated by PC makers. We were hired to drive leads, sales and awareness through one of their national IT partners, Zones LLC.
Using content marketing, our goal was to change the perception that Macs were “too expensive” and help healthcare facility buyers realize that they actually saved $843 on average per computer in the long run, even though the upfront investment may have been larger than they were previously used to.

OUR STRATEGY
We began the project by doing market research on healthcare IT buyers throughout the U.S. who were our target, primary prospects of the campaign.
We quickly realized that one of their biggest pain points was keeping the facility profitable while making strategic investments into technology that could increase the productivity and selling their investments to the decision makers.
By creating landing pages, banner ads, and animated videos, we communicated the key selling points of the new Mac M1 devices and laser targeted our content to our buyers across LinkedIn and specific types of websites they visited.
We utilized big data to target our prospects more effectively than what is offered to ordinary buyers on Google Ads. Using our proprietary targeting capabilities on demand side platforms (DSPs), our banner ads only reached those who were in the market for buying new devices for their healthcare facility.

THE CHALLENGE
Platinum Plumbing was a relatively new plumbing company based in Tacoma, WA that had previously existed for 2 years before we started working with them.
Like many plumbing companies, they relied heavily on lead sites like Home Advisor, direct mail, and word of mouth to get more plumbing jobs.
However, the main challenge of being overly-reliant on growing their revenue through lead generation sites like Home Advisor is that they were paying for the same plumbing leads that their local competition was also paying for. As a result, they closed less than 10% of the leads that came through Home Advisor.
They knew something was not working with their marketing strategy but weren’t sure where to start. That’s when they came to us to help them drive more of their own leads and start growing their company profitably.

The practice owner and dentist, Dr. Kyle Blair, was looking for new online marketing strategies to generate new patients and grow the practice, so he was referred to us and hasn’t looked back since! In our first two months of marketing lead generation campaigns for the practice, we generated more new monthly patients than they previously had in over 20 years.

OUR STRATEGY
We began our campaign by analyzing the website to find immediate opportunities to help more local clients find the plumbing company online.
We realized that the site needed a complete overhaul, so we started by building a brand new website for them. The old site was hard to navigate on mobile phones and the website needed more target keywords on its pages to rank higher on google for specific search terms, so we researched how local customers were searching for plumbing services online and included these terms throughout the website.
We also set up a google adwords campaign to rank at the very top of google’s search results for services they provide. Although the plumbing category is among the most expensive places to advertise on google, we outranked local corporate competitors with 10x the budget we invested into the campaign with our advanced strategies.
We guaranteed over 20 leads during the campaign with an ads budget of $2000 and delivered them within 4 weeks.

THE CHALLENGE
Resiliency at Work 2.0 is a career and technical education program that helps to prepare its students with in-demand knowledge and skills for high-demand careers in STEM-related fields. Training programs range from computer-aided drafting and design to information technology.
Before they came to us, they were struggling to attract a consistent flow of student enrollments for their online program. They tried posting regularly on social media, they built a website, tried SEO, and even hosted webinars but nothing seemed to be working. Most of their previous success came through their on-campus workshops and live events, but when COVID-19 hit, they were forced to change course quickly and desperately needed an online strategy to save the program.

We began our campaign by creating a custom promo video that we used to educate our prospects about the program (see below).
We also helped them develop a “try before you buy” entry level offer for students to take the first 2 weeks of the program at no cost to decide if the total investment of $4000 was worth it to them.
Finally, we researched the volume of searches around keywords related to learning skills such as CAD, BIM through an online course. We we were shocked to find thousands of students and entry-level professionals looking to learn these skills across the world.
Using these keywords, we wrote highly successful search engine ads, linked to a custom lead form we built for our clients that helped drive a significant amount of leads and enrollments for the program.

We began our campaign by filming a custom promo video that we used as an ad across social media and our landing page. From our previous experience, we found that new patients would feel most comfortable coming to a new dental practice if they got to meet the people who worked at the practice.
